Frank Rettenberg

Frank Rettenberg was employed by the U.S. Foreign Service from 1959 to 1989, after serving in the U.S. Navy. His posts included Consul at Istanbul, First Secretary at New Delhi and First Secretary at Copenhagen. He was a member of the Board of Humanities West.
