Mr. Uzi Sasson is a seasoned, public company CEO and Board Director with over 25 years of experience leading and advising global corporations, from startup to public entities, through complex restructurings, international expansion, capital markets and synergistic mergers and acquisitions. Most recently, he served as the CEO and CFO of IXYS Corporation, a $750 million public manufacturer of power semiconductors. He spearheaded the acquisition of IXYS by Littlefuse. Prior to IXYS, he was the CEO and Founder of Sagent Management, the Vice President of Tax at Mercury Interactive (acquired by Hewlett Packard) and a Senior Group Manager with Pricewaterhouse Coopers. He is a current Board member for VTool LTD and Securepush LTD, with a long history of serving on Boards in the technology industry.
Mr. Sasson has a Master’s Degree in Taxation, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. He served as an instructor in the MS Taxation Program at San Jose State University. He has been an active member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants (CalCPA) since 1992. His charitable efforts included fundraising for disabled children, as part of marathon participation (San Francisco, Boston), and active participation in The Make-A-Wish Foundation in San Francisco.
