North Korea is once again in the headlines with reporting that North Korea may be contemplating a preemptive military strike somewhere in the Asia Pacific—presumably South Korea or Japan. Philip Yun, who served in the Clinton Administration during high-level nuclear negotiations with North Korea, will discuss recent trends and why some North Korea watchers are warning of coming conflict. Come hear what the North hopes to accomplish with these provocations, and how the US and its allies should respond.
