Our organization aims to:

– Continually monitor our own website via Site Improve and maintain WCAG 2.1 Level A as closely as possible.
– Build accessibility into our Code of Ethics.

Our current site:
We re-launched our website in June 2023 with accessibility in mind. We designed and built our new site to conform to WCAG 2.1 Best Practices.

When auditing our website, we specifically reviewed and addressed the following areas:

  • Structural Markup
  • W3C WAI-Aria Landmarks
  • Access Keys
  • Images
  • Links
  • Forms
  • Scripts
  • Visual Design
  • Current Conformance Status and Audit Data

The Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) defines requirements for designers and developers to improve accessibility for people with disabilities. It defines three levels of conformance: Level A, Level AA, and Level AAA. Mangrove Web Development’s website, products and services are conformant to WCAG 2.1 level A with minor known issues.

This policy was last reviewed on June 6, 2023 by Justin Seiter and Samara Dun.
