East Bay Chapter
Our East Bay Chapter welcomes World Affairs members and non-members alike to our programs at the Lafayette Library and Learning Center. Registration opens at 6:00 PM, and programs run 6:30–7:30 PM. The Center is close to the Lafayette BART station, making our events easily accessible both to East Bay residents and everyone else across the Bay Area.

East Bay | Teaching Casualty Care in Ukraine: 1 Year Update
Nov. 8—Dr. Michael Baker, retired general and trauma surgeon, recently returned from his third tour in Ukraine where he taught Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) to Ukrainian physicians. He will review some history and geography, and give his insight into morale and conditions in Ukraine during this conflict.
