Elize Manoukian

Elize always wanted to write fiction, but was born without the gene that allows her to make up stories. Instead, she joined her high school newspaper and the rest was history. Before coming to World Affairs, she worked on Border City, a podcast co-produced by LA Times Studios and the San Diego Union Tribune. She graduated from Willamette University, in Salem, OR, and obtained her graduate degree in Journalism from Columbia University in New York.
